Pete McArdle is absolutely the best choice for representing you in your family law case. Pete provided me excellent perspective and advice during my marital separation preparations. During a previous separation, I had retained a different attorney so I had experience with another attorney to contrast with my recent work with Pete. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Bradley Smith. I was arrested for an alleged DUI on October 2015. I found Attorney Smith by searching and reviewing lawyers for my case. I met with Attorney Smith the next day after calling and setting up an appointment and I must say I was treated with the utmost respect by every staff I came in contact with. I explained the situationt at hand and he assured me everything will be okay. Although my case took almost 2 years before it was actually seen in the court, I trusted him and believed that he would get the job done. My worse case scenario is that I can get community service, license suspension and a fine. Well, I am extremely proud to be writing this review because my case was finally seen on today and I must say Attorney Smith DID NOT disappointed. We hoped for the best and he prepared me for the worse. Needless to say, I walked out of that court room a HAPPY woman with my case DISMISSED. If I was to ever need representation for any other matter (bc this will NEVER happen again) I will not hesitate to choose Attorney Smith to represent me. I met Anastasia 8 days before a full custody hearing. Even I had a lot of documentation and the best of intentions. I couldn’t made it with out her. It would not be possible without her professionalism and deep understanding of the law . She is also very responsive via e mail and phone whenever I have questions Sometimes love and justice is not enough, you need a lawyer to defend you, in my case, I found so much more than that. This is a very complicated situation, and not matter how hard things are. She sincerely cares about her clients, she cares about me and my daughter. On top of that she works with a great assistant, Kristin, they are very responsive, very quickly not only rights you back, but Kristin writes back in the next hour or so, it is unbelievable the kind of person that she is. No wonder why they work as a team. When things get impossible, she is there to lift you up and see the good things. Anastasia is not only my attorney; she gives me hope. She is more that I wonderful attorney, she is a wonderful person. She takes the time to listen to you, hear your opinion. Anastasia can see so much father that I can see and is able to bring me peace when everything is shaking. There is not one day goes by that when I see or play with my daughter the name Anastasia does comes to my mind. Going through a custody batter, I would say, torture, it is hard to explain all the things that you want to say, You need a an attorney that is there for you, your voice when you don’t have the right words. She is definitely in my prayers at night when I get to part of being thankful you for things. She is definitely someone you want on your side to help you through. I highly recommend her.

Pete McArdle has represented me on two occasions. My divorce went smoother than I thought possible. Currently, he is helping me through a child custody case and it has been progressing favorably.
