From first contact they provided me with the most information of any other office I contacted or was contacted by, talked me through every possible outcome and made the retaining process as simple as possible! My traffic case was dismissed immediately and even the outcome of potentially having to pay court fees or take a driving course that they had prepared me for was thrown out same day!
