I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Attorney Trotman for several years on a professional level. When I needed personal legal services she was the first person I contacted and I was extremely happy with the results. What I love about her is she's HONEST, smart, straight forward, compassionate but most of all she knows her stuff! I highly recommend The Law Office of Yolanda Trotman.

I HAVE TAKEN TIME TO ADDRESS MY FEELINGS IN ORDER TO REPRESENT MYSELF IN A PROPER MANNER BEFORE POSTING THIS REVIEW. I WOULDN'T GIVE *ONE STAR* IF IT WASN'T NECESSARY TO POST THIS REVIEW. ATTORNEY TROTMAN IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE IS DEMEANING, SHE IS MISLEADING, AND LACKS THOROUGHNESS IN HER WORK. SHE IS MOST INTERESTED IN MAINTAINING HER IMAGE IN THE PUBLIC EYE VERSUS TRULY REPRESENTING HER CLIENTS. DUE TO HOW SHE MISHANDLED MY CASE, AFTER A YEAR OF BEING FINANCIALLY DRAINED BY HER WITHOUT FEELING SUPPORTED, CLUELESS OF WHAT WAS OCCURRING, AND DISMISSED WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT THE CASE- I TERMINATED HER SERVICES. I TOO EXPERIENCED A CHANGE IN PARALEGALS THREE TIMES DURING MY REPRESENTATION, ALL LEAVING HER FIRM. THAT LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT THOSE TO FOLLOW WERE NOT TRULY PREPARED TO ADDRESS MY CASE. INITIALLY SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD BE OBTAINING SCHOOL AND DOCTOR'S RECORDS SHOWING THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF MY CHILDREN ( WHICH WAS IN MY HOME) SHE STATED THAT THOSE RECORDS WERE PERTINENT TO MY CASE. A YEAR LATER WITH TERMINATION AND THE RETURN OF MY FILE, NOT ONE OF THOSE ITEMS WERE RETAINED. I ASKED HER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, MY CHILDREN'S DOCTORS WERE PREPARED TO SPEAK ON MY BEHALF... AND SHE NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THEM. SHE LIES, IT IS TRULY SAD TO SEE HOW SHE HANDLES HERSELF VERSUS THE EFFORTS IN HER WORK. I REPRESENTED "MYSELF" IN THE END TO GIVE MYSELF, MY CHILDREN, AND OUR FAMILY PEACE. WISH SOMEONE COULD HAVE WARNED ME. ***TAKE HEED*** FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

Ms. Yolanda Trotman is a true life saver. I was facing over 7 years for a crime I did NOT commit. Ms Trotman gave me the confidence to stick it out and not accept a bogus plea deal. !0 days before I went to trial Ms Trotman came to me and gave me a letter stating that ALL of the charges against me had been dismissed and I was being release from a 16 month stay at Meck County Jail .This happened because she never gave up. Throughout the entire process Ms Trotman and the paralegal team kept my family and myself informed on the progress of my case. I was visited several times by her paralegal team.
