Robert Decurtins, was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely comfortable, knowledgeable and experienced. He took a very difficult case and executed in a way that no other could. The very first time I called I was able to speak to him. The next day he had details about the case that were out of my reach. The case was looking at 14-17months in jail. However, all charges were dropped thanks to him and his law firm. The family at the law firm are extremely friendly and always made sure I was ok. I highly recommend him. He is an attorney , a comforter , and a friend. There is no other way to go but the Decurtin way. I called plenty of lawyers and looked around and couldn’t find one to satisfy what I was looking for. The first few words that came out of Mr. Decurtins mouth instantly assured me he was the one. Lovely Lisa the lady in the office was absolutely a pleasure as well. Even from a long distance , he was there by my side at all times. I am forever grateful. Mr. Kevin L. Barnett is a God sent. About 2 years ago my husband was standing on the Mecklenburg Courthouse steps trying to figure out his traffic court citation when he spoke out loud and said " I need a lawyer" to himself and Mr. Barnett walked up and gave him, his business card ( true story)! My family has utilized his expertise every since. Its good to have an attorney who will honestly gave you, your options and let you decide whether to battle on your own, or send out your Bat signal (lol) and you relax and be Robin.

If you are looking for honest people to represent you, and someone who will genuinely look out for your best interest, both Brandon and Robert are very professional and they have years of experience! Fortunately, I've only used them for traffic tickets but I recently referred a friend who was injured in car accident, and they were able to help her get a good settlement and navigate the process of dealing with insurance companies.

After going through my horrible experience regarding the accident, Robert and his team did worked swiftly in getting my case closed. Mr. Barnett did a wonderful job at getting my speeding ticket changed to a non-moving violation AND a reduction in the associated fines/fees. This type of violation typically carries $263 in fines/fees; however, Mr. Barnett was able to get it reduced to $100. There was no negative impact on my driving record or insurance premium. The office staff is very friendly, helpful and super efficient. I would definitely recommend!
