My husband and I were hit in an intersection by a man who was running a red light. Our car rolled several times and we sustained various injuries. We were contacted by James Scott Farrin to work the case for us. I am not one to let people do things I feel I can do on my own, and with the police report saying he ran the red light it seemed pretty open/shut case. But I also thought about all the time and stress in fighting it, collecting all the medical bills, waiting to speak with insurances, and trying to heal on continue life on my end, it seemed too much to do without help. And I’m so glad we took it, they’re worth every penny. The fees come from them winning your case, and they even gave us consult for another car accident where we were rear ended at a stop sign in our new car! We were not having the best luck. I would highly suggest working with them or at least talking, they will honestly tell you if it’s worth it or not and what you could reasonably expect to get. They also treat you so much better than clients, all of their first convos with me and my husband were simply checking to see if we were okay and telling us to make sure we get all the care we need first.

Just want to say I appreciate the firm and and it’s team of people. I have had to use them twice and both times they were helpful and the support they give to their clients is amazing. I highly recommend that if you need a lawyer to use them. I know I will every time. Thanks you guys for all your help.

In my honest opinion, when I recovered a bit after my accident, I was seeking representation for my case. I read some good reviews from Farrin, so I decided to go with his office. Well at 1st his assistant(s) were very caring/understanding/supportive/attentive…but once I locked in with them .. communication was very brief, after a certain point I was just being contacted to send pics of my injuries & that’s it, now all in all I think I spoke to Mr. Farrin himself like 2-3 times over 6 months time & he was nice but very straight to the point. Maybe it’s my emotional side of things but sometimes the conversations could have been more about my well-being rather than my “case”. With that being said I won my case, I got a decent amount of money, but after all the fees & stuff.. it’s nothing to really brag about, & it’s only because I have to live the rest of my life with a permanent scar on my face & my body/ankle is not the same. So overall would I choose them again….. yea, but if they read this review - like yal need to be more compassionate like I’m your best friend because after an accident (especially if you were injured) you just want support & reassurance. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints.. I’m sure it’s not there fault on why the process was so long. (Doctors/insurance companies/etc) Oh & the office I went to was niceeee .. it was very professional but laid back .
