Best lawyer in Charlotte! Hands down. Easy process and got my case dismissed! Will definitely recommend

They never responded back, how disappointing

Recently needed the services of Randall & Stump and we are so glad we found them. We gave them very short notice of our needed services but they didn’t hesitate one bit to respond to our needs. They even answered our emails on the weekend and in the evening. They made sure to keep us in the loop with numerous updates. We would definitely use their services again if needed ( hopefully we won’t need them ), but if we did they are our first phone call. We definitely would recommend them.

Very professional and helpful in getting charge dismissed and civil penalty reduced. I was very nervous about this situation, but Ryan put me at ease immediately and his quick work kept me there. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use Ryan again.

It was very hard for me to decide on retaining a good lawyer. I researched and conversed with many lawyers, until I spoke with Mr. Stump. He was extremely informative, and explained the whole process to me before I had to go in front of the Board of Nursing. Once I retained his services, he continued with the same energy. He returned my calls promptly, answered any and all questions that I had, he also made me feel confident about my case. As nurses, we know that our license is our livelihood, and Mr. Stump fought diligently to protect just that.(my license and my livelihood). In the end, things worked out in my favor. Non disciplinary action from the Board of Nursing. With NO stipulations on my license, and no public embarrassment. I am able to continue practicing with an unencumbered license, and provide for my family. I recommend ANY nurse that has to go before the board of nursing to stop everything you are doing and retain Mr. Stump. He is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to his defense strategy. He guided me throughout the WHOLE process! Best decision I made when retaining a lawyer.

Anthony Delnero handled a case for me. He was not the worst but he’s definitely not par. I’m a travel nurse and was on an assignment in Arkansas. I flew all the way back to North Carolina for my “court date.” The office emailed me the wrong court date. I was never offered any reimbursement. I flew all the way back to NC a couple weeks later on my dollar. I had an expected outcome at trial but I don’t feel that Anthony went above and beyond by any means. Whenever I contacted him, he was unable to answer many of my questions. Lawyers are supposed to guide you through the process. Unfortunately, I had to figure out the nuances of getting your license back during a pandemic on my own. I contacted Anthony with questions about the DMV and he was upset with me. He said my case has been done for months and acted annoyed that I had reached out. My charge was in 2019 and here I am… August of 2022 and still dealing with license issues. If I could go back, I would choose someone else
