As a volunteer Director of a HOA Community since 2018 I am very pleased with Cynthia Jones services to our HOA and to me especially when dealing with issues as Chair of the House Committee for three years and currently as the President of the Board. Her work and assistance is always timely and informative of the law covering HOAs.

Will take your money and disappear

I would give 0 stars to this law firm... Mark Gott and this office chose not to listen to the hearing officer when it came to my father's estate... Mark Gott the apointed attorney on my fathers Dementia case. Mark Gott was to over see my fathers estate money! Mr. Gott had my brothers SSN on the preneed contract that came out of the estate. Around $9,850.00 for a BURIAL contract. Because of the attorney actions my brother had my father Cremated, there was around $7,000.00 refund to my brothers pocket. approved because it had his social security number on the contract even though he the money came from the Estate money. ( NC State Bar for Funeral Services took action against the Funeral homes...) MARK GOTT from this office added 2 SSN to one of my father FHB account with Millions of dollars in this account. So when my father died all this money went to my brother. The same brother that was not to have anything to do with property or estate affairs....in Special Proceedings. I have noticed Mark Gott went to the same Courtt person to get all the wrong passed thought the courts... 8 Months before my father passed past away Mark Gott was given around $15,000 and his office around $22,000 by the court system on top of his yearly Percentage. i see it as a Pay Off for adding my brothers SSN to my father's FHB account in 2017. Another attorney at this office Kearen Boardman "ordered" me to sign estate closing papers or she was going to take my Inheritance for her fees.. I think is called (Bullying)! The attorney used the wrong Will. I have all documents to show what I'm saying. This is 2 attorney in this office that I would question the Values I truly believe in karma...

Awful firm. They represent property mangers as a debt collection service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Constantly threatening to increase your bill for communicating with them. I'd probably be as awful as Michelle if I was one step below a paralegal Karen'ing ppl for nickels at a debt collector posing as an attorney's office for my "career" as well.

Robert Whitlow was my lawyer for my court case. He was incredibly dedicated and determined to help me reach a positive outcome. Even times when I doubted myself, Robert believed in me and my case. He was meticulous and thorough in obtaining all of the necessary records and documents to ensure the best outcome possible. And after quite the journey we did obtain the best outcome possible. I am so grateful and thankful to Robert for all of his efforts and work!
