The attorney working with me was knowledgable, informative and helpful in every aspect which ultimately led to a dismissal. I highly advise working with this firm.

These two gentleman are easily amongst the most elite lawyers in the state of North Carolina. I would recommend these two to anybody who has run into a situation with the law and needs representation. They are fair, communicate with you realistically, and treat you with respect not just as another client. 10/10

I worked with Samuel and he did a fantastic job. I had gotten a speeding ticket with a really high fine attached to it and he got it dismissed entirely! He was very easy to work with and took care of pretty much everything - after a brief phone call to discuss the context of my ticket, all ll I had to do was send a check, sign a waiver of appearance and he appeared in court on my behalf and totally handled it. At a flat rate, I saved both time and money and am now avoiding the insurance hassles I would have dealt with had I not hired Randall Stump PLLC. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this firm to anyone.

I had never had any charges against me; I was clueless on how to handle my DUI. Stump was very knowledgeable and prepared me for what I could be facing. The cop that arrested me wasn't prepared for the questions from Stump and my DUI was dismissed!
