Contacted law offices via ARAG Legal Benefits and was put in touch with Larry Platter. Was displeased with call back time, attention to detail and customer service. Overall response in my matter was that he did not have enough time. Would have preferred he shared this on the initial call rather than us losing a week with resolving our issue. Decided not to work with this law office and went a different route.
