extremely unsatisfied with the outcome. My case was I got hit really badly from behind and my car was totaled....like you would be surprised I was still alive. took 2 years for the case to settle and I remained patient. the settlement was so low that barely managed to pay all of my medical bills. I had to pay the deductible out of my pocket and I wasn't fully paid back,...not even half of that...constantly going to the doctor, PT, and CP all year. I felt better after a year as a result but then started feeling the pain after a couple months. I was advised to stop getting treatments when I felt better which is fine but then pain came back. I was told it's not going to be good for insurance settlement if there is a gab in my treatment...like you feel good and stop getting treatments but then pain comes back, what do you do? my settlement packet was 4k for me. I suffered so much for almost two years. while I am glad I survived but I definitely would have chosen differently to be represented. and then every now and then there would be a different case manager assigned to my case and some of my receipts got lost there. to this day after 3 years, my neck and back still hurt sometimes. what is frustrating is they have an answer for everything. the system is not designed in your favor. I am really speechless thinking about how much I suffered, how bad the accident was, how much I hurt to this day vs the outcome I got. I can't even explain that even to my own family.
