I thought that Michael A. DeMayo was the supposed to be the best law firm in the Charlotte area and in South Carolina. However, with my experience the law firm is not good. I believe they are just trying to get business because they don't do what they say on the TV. I suggest hiring a different law firm if you want the help you deserve!

I hope I'm never in another car accident but if i am i will not contact this firm again. My only good experience with anyone of the lawyers or paralegals was the first day i went there.

I'm trying to get them to represent my mother. It's been going on 5 months and they just act like they don't want to help out. I've asked him to help me out I've tried to get incident reports but the company won't return my phone calls. And I can't get no assistance from Michael a. DeMayo t,want you to do all the legwork. I have a totally legitimate case and I can't even get assistance with it. I guess they're making too much money to worry about real cases.

I really enjoyed working with Marie Laine, Nuria, Chris, and Eloise Morgan. Nuria always answered all my questions. She assisted me with my physical therapy appointments. The workers comp team always helped me when i needed it, answered all my questions. If marie wasnt able to assist nuria was there to help. Eloise was so helpful and explained everything so well. Thank you!

Had a great experience with the services I received from the office staff. They were very empathetic and made me feel comfortable, it didn’t feel like they were just out to get money for me to get money from me. Each and every employee I encountered treated me with respect n hospitality. Lastly, I’m just glad I chose this route with them. It took 10months to settle, some people don’t settle for years!!! It just goes to show you how much work they put in for the results. Thank you once again

My experience with the law firm was great. My case worker stayed in contact with me every step of the way even if it was just a quick call to say “We are still working the case, we will be in contact” I appreciated the fact that stayed in constant communication with one me. Everyone was friendly and courteous from start to finish.

The representative who spoke with was aware that they could not represent me with the issues I was having but he listened to me for over 30 minutes and my story and gave me recommendations for the direction to go. I am so thankful for his concern and assisting me with finding the correct resources I need. Thank you so much you are greatly appreciated!!
