After seeing good reviews on google my husband and I decided that Auger & Auger w was the right Law Firm for us. I was in a car accident and was having bad shoulder pain and out of work and Ms. Arlene Auger and her wonderful paralegal Missy made it easy for me. They got me back way more then what I was expecting, I was very pleased with what I got back, and the Quality of care and professionalism from Auger & Auger. My husband and I thank you for taking care of me. We highly recommended Auger & Auger.

While traveling through Charlotte, we were injured in a car accident. Thankfully we called Auger an Auger. It was late Saturday nite, and we needed help, when we made the call, they answered the phone. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. They even recommended a great Pet resort for our schnauzer Brunney while we spent the next week in an out of the hospital, waiting for our oldest to recover from her injuries. We never would have gotten the justice our family deserved with out Herb an Arlenes help.

The mid-town office was very professional and courteous and handled my case very efficiently. They were always willing to answer questions and answer the many emails I sent them in regards to the case. I would like to thank them for being so understanding, being that this was a case where the insurance wasn't being as cooperative as we would have liked but they stayed on top and I appreciate that greatly!

Mr Auger and his team handled a personal injury claim for me this year, as I was involved in an auto accident. Their downtown location is easy to find with convenient parking. Auger took my case and went to work right away. They kept in constant contact with me through the whole case, via email and phone calls. If I had questions, they returned my phone calls and emails promptly. They fought for me until my insurance company gave me a fair settlement. I met Mrs Auger when I picked up my settlement check. She was nice and professional. I had my check in hand in less than five minutes.

Hunter Gillespie represented me in my case and worked very hard on my case and kept me in the loop during the process. He found and recommended a great chiropractor who took care of me until I fully recovered from my injuries. He also fought to get get me a better settlement offer from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend hiring a attorney from Auger & Auger to represent you if you're in need of a lawyer.

Mr Auger was great. The insurance company did not give the amount that was deserved and Mr. auger reduced his fees to make sure that came away some much needed money. I did not have to do anything once I went to see him, He took care of everything. He even got my chiropractor to reduce their fees also so increase my pay out. I highly recommend Auger and Auger.
