Very satisfied with the service provided. Kathryn L. , did a amazing job in keeping in touch by notifications and updates during changes. Very straight shooter. I respect her realistic approach and she's always very clear in communication, I've been grateful for her assistance in helping me during a tough time as I was not the best communicator for her, she reached out and and helped me though it with phone calls and worked with me to suite my communication preferences and reminders. Mr. Smith is a very easy person to speak with who will make you very comfortable from the start, he has the type of communion you would imagine from a old friend, I don't think he ever meets a stranger and this is a great way in helping to reduce anxiety about his clients cases. I`ll recommend, this practice to anyone.

What an awesome law firm! Every staff member there is very polite, patient, and professional. I was at the lowest of low when I was told about Arnold & Smith. I did a consultation with Anastasia Cowan and immediately knew the games were over. She patiently listened to the recap of the last two years of my horrifying adoption story. I recommend Anastasia Cowen 100%. She is excellent in every step of the way. My case was to terminate parental rights, and from day one she was honest, professional and on point with the process. It did take a little long but my case was also outside of NC and needed to transfer jurisdiction, so it was a process but it was worth everything I put into. We won the case, and I thank God to have given me the strength and to have placed Anastasia in my path to help me get full custody of my child. I appreciate all the patience and work she have put in my case. I will forever be thankful.

My wife of almost five years and I admitted that our marriage was not working even though we attempted many times to salvage it.
