My experience with Arnold & Smith was great! I received a traffic citation which they promptly handled. The staff was professional and courteous. My citation was dismissed, saving me costly insurance points. I would highly recommend them!

I recently engaged Arnold & Smith regarding representing me for a separation agreement in my divorce. I can’t speak highly enough regarding the outstanding services I received from this law firm. Both Matt Arnold and Lindsey Dasher were working with me on my agreement and both were true professionals. It was very important to me to have an attorney who was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsive. Both Matt and Lindsey portrayed all of these qualities in addition to taking the time to patiently educate me on areas of high importance throughout the process. I received a citation for a minor collision that I was in and I immediately contact Arnold and Smith based on their already positive reviews. The entire process was completely painless. I had to provide minimal documentation and a letter from my insurance company and pay $150 flat fee. I should mention that my court costs + citation fee was over $200 to begin with. I spoke with Kristia the day after my court date and everything was dismissed and I owed nothing. I am very thankful for their experience and prompt response to all of my questions and needs. If I ever need representation again--which hopefully I will not ;-), I would definitely use them!
