I sought legal services after getting a speeding ticket. Having gotten one of those lawyer letters in the mail that typically follow a traffic violation I chose Randall & Stump PLLC because the fee was reasonable. I spoke to Mr. Samuel Randall and assured me he'd do everything possible to get the most favorable outcome for my circumstance...I could not be any more satisfied with the results. My violation was reduced significantly. Aside from that, I felt very comfortable with this law firm. Everything was smooth and easy to do. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal services.

After being hit with a child abuse charge from no where I was stunned and confused. After going on line to find legal help the first ad I seen was Randall & Stump and decide to call. I had spoke to Ryan who listen to my side of the story and after discussing the fee which was very reasonable I decide to let him take my case on. Through out the process he kept me informed on every thing that I could be facing good and bad. If you are needing a helpful down to earth lawyer Ryan is your guy. He is extremely knowledgeable in criminal defense and I was more than pleased with my results. I received a speeding ticket while driving through North Carolina from Georgia to a Hurricanes hockey game. 85 in a 60. I was told by the police officer it was a mandatory court appearance. I got Sam Randall's name from an attorney in Georgia and contacted his office. He called me back the same day, at 6:30 p.m., well after normal business hours. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He told me what my options were and the costs involved. He emailed me the paperwork the next morning as promised and I hired him. He took care of all of the paperwork and went to court for me saving me the time and money to appear. His fee was reasonable and the outcome was favorable. I highly recommend his firm. I am a paralegal myself here in Georgia. The two things that stood out to me about Mr. Randall were that he did not make me any promises, but told me his expectations, and that he was very accessible and contacted me timely and when promised.
