Had a chance to work with randall and stump, Mr Randall went above and beyond to help me with my case very pleased with outcome

Be careful when applying for this law firm, they will take your money fast,however no results, I was placed on electronic monitor in March 2023. To proceed I didn’t get a extension to work until November 1 2023 long story short this guy Sam Randall took my money and didn’t file any motion never discussed a defense.I ask him what the difference between him and a public defender and he quoted “he answer the phone and public defender don’t,I paid 4800$ for him not to go to court nor did he notify me for court,He advised me and my partner to write a letter for my curfew and never filed it…This situation is really bad he left me in a hard situation fighting for my life…..PSA Please don’t waste your time acquiring Sam Randall he doesn’t even have a assistant she quit on him his other partner quit on him,I’m not speaking on Mister Stump never dealt with him but if the assign u to Sam Randall run please this guy is no good

My first experience with this firm was with Sam defending my brother, and with the Almighty’s help he saved 20 years of my brother’s life. My second experience was with Ryan when I got a ticket going almost 30 over, which is reckless driving and he got it reduced to a speeding ticket of 9 over…saved me so much money in the long run…and a whole lot of hassle too, didn’t have to worry about anything but the court fees at the end…No better law firm in NC!

I was advised to consult Randall and Stump about SBI removal of incidents that I was acquitted of, but still showed up on a federal level background check required for many foreign working visas. Given the bizarre file that the SBI/FBI had on me, Randall & Stump has exceeded my expectations in getting the expungement process off to a very successful and much speedier start than I expected. Professional firm; these guys know what they do well. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle formal expungement proceedings!
