7.12.23 updated review in response to business's reply to my first review: One. My initial review was DEF not "fake." Nice try, though. Clearly, this "law firm" isn't one to think through scenarios before speaking on them, which makes an even better case to avoid them. MY insurance company offered me a settlement because I was rear-ended by someone who neither had a valid driver's license NOR automobile insurance and apparently had just been released from jail. A legal entity should understand how that works. Also, my injuries and treatment were DOCUMENTED, as well as my loss of income. My final settlement included the above, as well as pain and suffering, i.e, distress, i.e., mental anguish, inconvenience and ultimately, STRESS, due to the UNINSURED AT-FAULT PARTY'S NEGLIGENCE. As for DeMayo having no "record" of my phone call, that's their sloppy bookkeeping and none of my concern. Additionally, law firms offer free consultations all the time (I worked at a reputable one for two years), so my call in was no different, as I was attempting to potentially obtain an attorney for my case. I spoke to the person who answered the phone, and they transferred me to a woman for assistance. I can't remember her name. My advice to DeMayo is...they should spend more time focusing on their general intake process and asking the RIGHT questions to prospective clients, instead of jumping off the porch in reach of erroneous conclusions. -- First review: I called this law firm to speak to them about a motor vehicle/personal injury case. My insurance company was offering me $2500-3000. Laughable considering the stress I had been through due to someone rear-ending me. Someone I spoke to at DeMayo told me I should take their offer based on the lack of damage to my car. Horrible advice! I settled the claim myself and received more than 4x as much as the insurance company's initial offer.

These people these people my God they helped me because I was in an accident the almost took my life and damaged my income but today my dear people they gave me my life back I never thought I'd get it back but I did and they were the reason for it and if your debating on which law offices to go with I strongly suggest you go with them.
