After a few internet searches, and receiving a few flyers in the mail, I decided to go with Banks Huntley Rose was so easy to talk to on the phone and was kind in answering all my questions about the process They represented me in court AND went to court before my appointed court date I couldn’t ask for a better outcome! If you receive a traffic violation and can’t not make the court date, I highly recommend the Law Offices of Banks Huntley to represent you!

I highly recommend the Law Offices of Banks Huntley. My son got a speeding ticket within two months of having his before 9's license. The lawyer went to court and had it reduced to a non-moving violation. No insurance points. No driving points. This is a second chance for my son. I am really impressed that this office took care of the ticket in less than 2 weeks. The court date is set for over a month from now, but they resolved the issue quickly. We are grateful to have this issue resolved.

Banks Huntley did an amazing job assisting me with a speeding ticket. I was only expecting the ticket to be reduced considering the speed I was doing over the limit, but Banks Huntley was able to get the ticket dismissed.
