Great work and amazing representation

Matt and his team worked with us, fine-tuning a tutoring contract we have a large school district. Matt was helpful and responsive. He understood what we needed and provided clear answers to questions and concerns. The final draft he produced was approved by the school district without question and we were very happy with the service we received from the whole team. We would use Marcellino & Tyson PLLC again should the need arise.

I recently worked with Hannah Auckland and Bryan Tyson of Marcellino & Tyson, PLLC on a long-term disability matter. I was very happy with their representation. It was especially helpful to have them working with me as I worked through the administrative appeal process to ensure that I was as prepared as possible for court. I loved Jennifer. Chose her at her first office. Should have known she promised a profit or something to get hired here :( She knew we were living on food stamps. Assured me working with her “friend” who was my husbands attorney she’d clearly win - she was SO MUCH better. Charges got out of control. Her submission that I kept - I have to KEEP MY KIDS ON MEDICAID. My ex has NO responsibility for two kids with disabilities. His contribution was based on me working while my youngest was not able to attend school for hospitalization. I’m sure they are GREAT if you have typical kids. Years later I’m still struggling with an ex who left the country bc he has zero responsibility.

I have been working with Jennifer and Andria for the last few years on my complicated divorce. My situation included splitting assets like rental properties and businesses my ex and I had owned together and an ex that wasn’t the easiest to work with.
