I've known Bryan Tyson for a more than a decade as a fellow attorney in the Mecklenburg Bar. When I was going through my separation, I contacted Bryan because his partner Jennifer Moore had been recommended to me by another lawyer friend of mine highly experienced and skilled in divorce law. Bryan put me in connect with Jennifer, and she did an great job through tough circumstances. I wanted to keep things as amicable as possible with my ex-wife, and Jennifer was able to balance my wishes for that while also strongly advocating for the best possible outcome for me. She listened to me and took my considerations and desires seriously, but she was also able to stand up for and fight for me when it was needed. Divorce is by its nature hard and personal, and it's important to get an attorney you trust and respects your needs and wishes, and "has your back" in the division of assets. Great Service! I've had the opportunity to work with Bryan Tyson on employment contract matters on several occasions. Bryan is certainly knowledgeable in this area of the law. and has his clients' best interest at heart. However, what’s even more helpful is his practical approach to guiding clients to their desired result with the least amount of risk and complication. He helps simplify the law for a 'layman' to be able to understand the next 'best steps'. For the past ten years, I have worked with Bryan Tyson both individually and through my business on employment, employee benefits, and business matters, including several litigation matters (employment contracts and worker's comp). Bryan has a very thorough knowledge of the subject matter, and he was always very responsive and sensitive to time issues.
