Attorney Jason Taylor and his people, especially Eileen DeSimone, are the best in the business!!!! A little background...I was in a very serious motorcycle accident in July '15 where a guy turned left right in front of me, air evacuated to CMC in Charlotte and just to say... 9 surgeries, 3 other procedures with 7 1/2 weeks there then almost 3 months in a rehab center before ever home. Did not put any weight on my left leg (I was lucky to have at all along with my life) until first of April '16 and now getting around on a cane. Now back to Jason Taylor and office. A riding friend recommended Jason to my wife and he was in Charlotte standing by my bed within 24 hours of her contacting him. He started that day working on my case and visited me a few more times during my hospital/rehab stay while also keeping my wife advised to just relax and take care of me as they did all the necessary insurance contacting and such. To make this a little shorter I will just say for the last year and a half Jason, Eileen, Stacy and other staff have constantly been in touch. They kept us updated and were available to answer the many questions that arise in a time like this. In the end, as a lot don't realize, my insurances who ended up having to pay my medical bills wanted their money back from any settlement since the accident was caused by a third party (who had minimum insurance and no assets). Jason and staff continued to work to reach settlements with them to allow me to see something in the end. While not saying what that something was I will say the initially thinking with over $1,200,000 billed out for my care even with insurance adjustments as they do I felt I would be lucky to get a settlement enough to maybe buy lunch, let me say I am VERY satisfied with the settlement Jason was finally able to get for me. I strongly recommend Jason Taylor and his fantastic staff, who by the way treated me and my wife as family, to anyone with a need for legal representation. Jason Taylor and staff, my wife and I sincerely thank you for all your efforts on my behalf. PS: Don't believe that BS that you don't need a lawyer and such. I have a pile of EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) beside my desk over 2 feet high and my wife and I have not had to do anything on any of them other than ensure Jason's office had also had received a copy. They handled it all!

The folks at Jason Taylor’s Office were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They helped in negotiating the physical therapist bill down to a legitimate amount instead of the stratosphere where they started and managed the entire case so that I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Hope I never get into an accident and need their services again, but I’ll call them if I ever do.
