I went to this place on 11/17/2022. I went, with check in hand, to pay a debt for my very sick sister. I had mailed them a check on 10/15/2022 through USPS, that was lost in the mail, so I decided to hand deliver this one. This firm is so high strung, there is never a way to communicate with anyone except receptionist. Every call goes to voicemail. My sister was terminally ill and DIED 5 days after I delivered her check, on 11/21/2022. To this day no one has returned a call from me or her husband. If they had called me back I messaged them he would be by my side to talk. He too was sick. Now the account is under probate. Always a way to collect more money, Thanks all to a HOA that didn't communicate/care enough with it's members to know there was a sickness. The past 11 years of on time payments, the constant ambulances in the yard, should have been an ah-haa moment that Non-payment was due to illness, not lack of funds. This firm gets a - rating from me. And we still haven t received a return call.

My experience with attorney Herron was AWESOME! Her paralegal, Justin also did a great job! As a minority business owner myself, I wanted to make sure I supported another minority business, especially female based. Attorney Herron & Justin kept me up to date with everything via email or phone calls. Because of them I won my case & my family is now whole again, after a year & a half of unnecessary nonsense. FYI: Family attorneys COST, so please have your coins right & possess a job that pays well in order to keep up with your payments. Attorneys charge for EVERYTHING, from phone calls, to emails, filing paperwork, ect. That is a part of the business of law. They are providing a service! Daniel Lehrer and Jennifer Thompson are the best. They ensure your doctors appointments are scheduled. They love your input or how the doctor interacted with you while attending your appointments. They ensure your disability checks are on time. If not, give Jennifer a call and she is all over the insurance company like someone wearing a plastic suit on a 90 degree day with 110% humidity. They are very engaged in your healing and make your needs are met to the best of their ability. Although, I continue to be in pain, I have no complaints with the help Daniel and Jennifer provided. Moreover; if you feel like life has dealt you a bad hand, call Jennifer and she will definitely make you feel better. It's like she talk me off the cliff several times. Oftentimes, I felt overwhelmed. I love some Jennifer, although,I've never seen her. I have recommended two people to James Scott Farrin and I know they will be please as though I was please.
