I went with DeMayo Law Office due to the positive reviews I found while searching for a Disability Lawyer. After calling their office they took my case within a day or two.My experience has been over the top with them. My caseworker Mia was always there to answer my many questions & was very compassionate about my disability. My lawyer Yvonne was & still has been in contact to answer my questions or concerns. My name is Travis Fasnacht. I reached out to the DemayoLaw Offices, LLP in January of 2020. I had been denied two times by the SSA for my disability benefits. My case worker Nichelle from the downtown Charlotte office started helping me get all my medical records and current Doctors and specialists' notes together. She then introduced me to my disability lawyer Yvonne castello. Together they helped me put my case together for a hearing with a SSA law judge. We went through with the hearing in mid September and won my case to insure me my disability benefits. I am so grateful for the determination and help from this group of great people. Thank you so very much for all you folks did for me. I once again have a feeling of self worth, dignity and a better quality of life.

After being denied twice for disability, I didn’t know where to go. A friend recommended Demayo Law office as a possible option. I don’t know how anyone else felt when they were faced with a disability claim, but I was embarrassed that my health had escalated to the point of filing for SSD. They immediately accepted my case and started the process. Although we were right in the middle of a global pandemic, Yvonne and Rebecca worked tirelessly on my case. They were very professional and compassionate. They kept me updated and optimistic until my hearing...Which resulted in a favorable outcome. I was giving up, on my case after I received a letter from SSI saying I was denied a second time for disability. My attorney called me and ask if she could go ahead and file an Appel for me. I said sure I had nothing to lose. Many weeks passed and figured nothing was happening and that was the end. Then out of the Blue Mia Davis called me up and said I had gotten my disability had I received anything yet from SSI. I told her no and she said it would becoming. I was amazed!!
