“I had to reach out to the office myself to find out what was happening regarding my scheduled appointment as they were late and then was greeted by an attorney who was not the attorney I was originally prepared to speak with (I also know hourly rates differ from Partners to Senior Counsel to Staff Attorneys, etc.) so had concerns regarding overpaying.”
