After getting a speeding ticket and getting several letters from other law firms, I was very comfortable when I call The Olsinski law firm and I spoke to Ali Hernandez, she was great and bilungual was a plus, she went above and beyond her customer service and help understand all the court procedures and fees, I don't even have to show up to court one!. My job keeps me really busy during the day time and everything was handle over the phone and by email, great customer service and I will recommend your service to everyone, hopefully I don't have to use it any time soon :-) ......

I hired The Olsinski Firm after basically being ripped off by another firm. Even though we didn't win my case. I strongly believe if I had hired them first we would have won. I was more than pleased with the representation they provided. They made me feel like they were truly fighting for me. Which was all I wanted. I would strongly suggest that you hire this firm to represent you because they will truly go to bat for you.

Thank you to Kimberly and staff for there honesty and comuuniation. I started my accident case off wrong thinking I could handle a rear end accident without any representation. I was wrong. The papaer work from the insurance companies and phone calls started coming in left and right and I had no clue to what I was signing. I found the Olsinski Law Firm through one of the 100 mailers I received but something was different in the wording. After speaking to Kimberly about the wrong steps I had taken, I sent her all the paper work I received and she made sure all the calls and communication were handled out of her office ~ HUGE RELIEF. Since I had never been in an accident before I was not sure of anything. Kimberly and her team were open to questions I had and if they didnt have the answer they said that and contacted me back with an answer. I now keep Olsinki Law Firm business card in my car just incase I ever need a lawyer in their field.
