I followed Jacqueline Keenan to Olsinski Law as she had represented me in Family Court the last few years. As I've been dealing with this for over 12 years and my child is getting older, I was not wanting legal representation for this specific court date (especially now as my grocery bill has nearly doubled). Jacqueline was more than willing to sit down for an hour consultation and provided sound advice and a strategy for when I was in front of the judge. I was never pressured to enter into a contract or provide a retainer. My ask for an hour consultation was respected and proved extremely beneficial. Many lawyers and firms prey on the vulnerability of parents trying to protect their children while navigating an extremely complex system designed for profit. They see $$ and drag it out, whereas those of us who are parents experience broken hearts and depleted bank accounts. Fortunately, Jacqueline and this firm prioritize the concerns of family over profit. They take the time to listen, they are honest in their responses and what to expect from the court, and respect that most parents do not have unlimited funds. Should I ever have the misfortunate to return to Family Court, I will seek the representation of Jacqueline and this firm.
