I was hurt in a car accident after someone's negligent driving and at first I tried to deal with their insurance myself. After much frustration I decided to use James Scott Farrin to go after them on my behalf. Though the process was much longer, it was well worth it in the end. My paralegal Maria was patient and understanding, helping me coordinate with both care providers as well as my attorney LaDonna who went above and beyond fighting for me. They made me feel valued as a client. I learned you absolutely need representation for a not at fault accident and James Scott Farrin is both capable and up to the task of making sure you're taken care of.

Michael, my attorney from James Scott Farrin, did exactly what he said he would do. It took time. We had to wait for the Insurance company. And there were some dead time just waiting, but in the end, having Michael on my side was well worth it. I received double the initial settlement offer, should have called James Scott Farrin sooner.
