After reading all the good on-line reviews for Randall & Stump, I decided to give them a call to discuss my options for how to deal with a traffic ticket my daughter recently received. Mr. Randall took the time to clearly explain my options and give his recommendation. He was very professional and did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. overall, it was a very positive experience. He was able to get the best possible outcome for my daughter and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Recently I got this traffic ticket and I was very stressed out about it but my attorney Anthony Delnero got it dismissed in timely manners with his professional experience. His process was very easy and simple to deal with, I didn’t even go to the court or his office everything was done through emails and over the phone. Anthony Delnero handled a case for me. He was not the worst but he’s definitely not par. I’m a travel nurse and was on an assignment in Arkansas. I flew all the way back to North Carolina for my “court date.” The office emailed me the wrong court date. I was never offered any reimbursement. I flew all the way back to NC a couple weeks later on my dollar. I had an expected outcome at trial but I don’t feel that Anthony went above and beyond by any means. Whenever I contacted him, he was unable to answer many of my questions. Lawyers are supposed to guide you through the process. Unfortunately, I had to figure out the nuances of getting your license back during a pandemic on my own. I contacted Anthony with questions about the DMV and he was upset with me. He said my case has been done for months and acted annoyed that I had reached out. My charge was in 2019 and here I am… August of 2022 and still dealing with license issues. If I could go back, I would choose someone else
