Although Crumley Roberts was able to get me a settlement that was more than I expected they also took more from me than I expected. Especially after what they allowed the insurance company to do to myself and my family. Then to top things off they held the mediation before I was able to finish my rehabilitation to find out if I have or will have any permanent restrictions and now the insurance company is not responsible to cover my medical MATTER OF FACT the paralegal told me if I didn’t want to see a doctor I didn’t have to go back. They take a quarter of my settlement and now what am I supposed to do for work the only thing I have on my side is I’m a retired veteran but I can say this firm has very little respect, concern or empathy for its clients. We went a month during Christmas 2020 and 2021 with no Workmans comp payment what the Crumley Roberts firm told us was well the mail is slow or or it’s the holidays we can’t get their lawyer to return our phone calls but they get 25% of my settlement. We went with out food during the holidays BUT they got 25% of my settlement the worst thing and the last thing I will say is there tv commercials there web sites Crumley Roberts moto is “WE STAND UP FOR YOU” they stand up for you for 25% PERIOD. forget every problem in between
