We hired Crumley Roberts after our accident. Everyone there is always very friendly. Our case manager Alli was always available to help us. They answered all of our questions and handled the paperwork. They even dealt with the insurance company for us. They got us a settlement for our son very quickly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have used Crumley Roberts for my case since 2008. I have never had any problems with them. Leslie Hawley has always gone above and beyond to help me or get the answers to any questions I have had. She is professional, has a great personality and truly cares. I'm often surprised at how fast she responds to calls or emails as I never feel like I am waiting for her to get back to me. Highly recommended!

I have worked with the Charlotte a Firm since 2009 and Jackie Ackerman and Leslie Hawley have been wonderful. Leslie Hawley is my initial contact and her response time to my questions have been overly exceptional and she always keep Mrs. Ackerman informed of my needs. I was a nurse that enjoyed working with children up to the day I was treating a child and fell over the baby gate the family was using on April 10, 2014. After finding out that I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), Jackie and the staff at Crumley Roberts took on my case and has been in my corner ever since. I am unable to walk without crutches and have had many tests and changes in my life. Jackie and Leslie are working every day to keep my doctors and medicines and they are there just with a phone call or an email. Even after an year they have been so helpful that Jackie, my attorney, got her partner to take on my disability case, so now not only are they my workman's comp lawyers, they are my disability lawyers. Cristy Myers was AMAZING!!! I was in a accident CIAA weekend and I live in VA.. this law firm was recommend by one of the law offices here,who spoke very highly of them...and for me that spoke volume in itself!!! Cristy went above and beyond for me... she checked on me in a way that was not over barring, but I knew she was just a call away!!
