When I write that I do not believe you can find a better lawyer than Rob Heroy, I am not employing hyperbole. Everything about our experience with Mr. Heroy was exemplary. His knowledge, communication skills, effort, and integrity were only matched by his empathy and kindness. From the first consultation, Mr. Heroy made us feel comfortable and listened attentively to what we had to say. He immediately got to work on the defense and continuously kept us apprised of his thoughts and any pertinent dates. Every morning during the week of the trial, you could tell that Mr. Heroy had spent long hours the night before researching and reworking his strategy to counter the actions of a runaway prosecutor and a hostile judge. The results were an acquittal on all but one minor charge. But Rob Heroy did not stop there. He appealed that charge to the court of appeals (resulting in a 2 to one ruling against us) and then to the state Supreme Court where the final charge was dismissed. Unlike other lawyers who just wait for their final payment and then want to play “Let’s Make a Deal” with the prosecutor and your life, Mr. Heroy utilizes his intelligence and knowledge of the law to defend one from any false charges. Our heartfelt thanks go out to him and all those who contributed to our pursuit of justice.

He is not only a excellent professional attorney, he is a great human being. He did what the others couldn't do. Thanks to him, i finally got justice on my case and now i am back to my life. Also he has the best team working with him, They always keep you up to date. I was convicted; but, he overturned my sentence and now i am a free man thanks to his expertise knowing the law. Rob Heroy is the best criminal defense lawyer in the city. I had never been involved in any legal situation before. In the process of a divorce / child custody battle, my ex-wife falsely accused me of sexually abusing her daughters which ended in my arrest with 12 to 13 charges of which 7 were categorized as Felonies. If I had been found guilty of one of them I would have spent the rest of my life in jail, registered as a sex offender and deported to my country of origin (if someday I left jail). I wont go into much detail about the case but, I can say that we had a tough case in our hands. It was one of those situations caught at the wrong place at the wrong time which involved a murder case. Rob took care of it an we got even better results than what we expected. Rob, was able to prove that my relative was innocent and was being charged unfairly. If you have a tough criminal case in our hands rob is the person to go to.
