I was hurt in a bad car accident (not my fault) last Oct. and was hospitalized for a week with a severely broken femur, surgery, blood clots in my lungs, and came home with Covid-19. My wife was being hounded by the insurance company as soon as they got our information. At the advice of a friend, we called Robert with Ted A Greve’s firm and set up a virtual appointment. From the first minute of contact, we were given solid advice and guidance through a process that we had never dealt with before. The harassing calls stopped almost immediately, and everything concerning the accident went through them. Robert told us any time we spoke to just worry about healing and getting well. They took care of everything and were very patient with us, and answered any questions we had very quickly. I am well on the way to being fully recovered now, and I know that the stress that was lifted from us during a time of crisis, as well as the thorough guidance and answers to questions that we simply never needed to ask before this, has been a blessing and was well worth their fee. I was referred to Ted A. Greve and Associates to handle a minor settlement. My daughter was seriously injured and it took two surgeries to correct her injury. Mr. Chip Hinnant and those assisting him were kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Mr. Hinnant took time out of his day ( and night!) to personally speak and email me to keep me informed every step of the way through the litigation and court process. I also want to say that Mr. Jack Blair in the Raleigh office even met with me outside of normal office hours to finalize all the paperwork. Meeting on the weekend saved me taking time off during the week. I am so thankful to have found this special team to oversee this and I highly recommend this group of attorneys, paralegals, and office staff.
