After a recent, violent event in our home, our nationally known insurance declined to pay the personal property part of our insurance claim. After contacting Ted Greve, over the course of a few month, he resolved the claim to our satisfaction. Ted was professional, compassionate and thorough. I recommend him highly.

Run !!! Run !!! Run to someone whose going to get you paid !!!. I've waited a little over a year ( totaled car from drunk driver) just for me and my kids to get chump change. I was referred to these guys and I wish I went with my instinct and went to Tippins I would make calls after calls trying to see whats going on with my case and everyone would play slow. Another thing was I was told my kids would get a certain amount of money back.so when I came to sign off for their check release I was told to come back same week to pick them up. The amount was great and all but Once I came back and seen the amount on the check was lower than what they initially showed me. You guys told me fees were already tooken out when we spoke face to face. Im guessing because Iam young ( but of age) they played my face but its cool. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy .

I just got off the phone with the paralegal I believe it was very rude and arrogant over the phone I would appreciate if people just tell you they can't help you instead of treating you like a stupid child belittling you and wasting your time all at the same time there's plenty of other lawyers in Charlotte maybe you should look into those cuz here you're just a number

There is no way to express how much I appreciate this firm and Attorney Chip Hinnant! I had a slip and fall accident and without them I would have been left with nothing. I had never had to go through a legal process like this before and it is far more detailed than I expected but with the help of Chip and his staff I had someone walking each step with me. Don’t waste your time with this firm unless you have personal injury. They won’t do anything unless they can use you to make money. You’ll get passed around like a football and they won’t answer any questions until they find out whether your case is lucrative enough to warrant their precious time. I even tried calling on of their attorneys whom I had a family referral. Nothing. A good lawyer really is hard to find and when you do, pay them well.

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with the entire firm. They were always worried about my well being and satisfaction and understanding of every step as everything progressed. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
