These people have zero communication skills, they will not return your calls, they seem to not care what so ever about your concerns or questions. The only one in this group that seems to care about people at all is named Jane. I don't recall her last name but the negative issues this firm has isn't her fault! I hired them (mistake) they took my case and talked to me over the phone, never met with an attorney in person and after my phone interview it was 7 months of silence and all the sudden out of the blue I get a call saying we can settle your case for 60k but we're keeping 20k for our fee. Now from a non life threatening injury that's a good pay day in my book but they handled my case all wronge! I did collect nearly 40k from them but other lawyers have told me I couldve gathered more than 200k for my case but it is what it is. My point here is I advise to anyone DO NOT hire this firm for anything!!!!! They do not give a damn about you only your settlement!

I just called them this morning and they would not listen to what I had to say. He cut me off mid sentence and said sir I read the notes I don’t need your information nothing I can do. Very unprofessional I would not work with them every again. At least listen then respond to what I was saying.

This law firm is very rude and disrespectful. I was told they couldn't take my disability case because of a Judges decision in 2014. The judge stated in 2014 I could do light work but here it is 2023 and I've had surgery on both hands in December 2022. They take up for one anothers rudeness and pretty much brush you off. I spoke with Letha Gordon and she was very aggravated and disrespectful for no reason. She made me feel like it was something personal against me and I have no idea what that could be. Everytime you try to call and speak to someone they get upset and cuts you off. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to an enemy or anyone.

I’ve gotten into a car accident a year ago and just now settling out . Very unprofessional I would never recommend anybody to this lawyer company office I went to was across from the homeless shelter homeless people hanging out back of the building make you frighten to get out your car . I had a guy name mark Simpson very unprofessional had to call him in order to keep up with updates on my case they pass my case to 6 different people . Inorder to get my process going I had to hire another lawyer to let mark Simpson know that we wasn’t playing anymore games long story short he tackle my case didn’t know half of the things that he was talking about kept giving us the same numbers he gave us over and over don’t ask him questions cause he get an attitude still waiting on my check after a year he say 2weeks it’s been the 3rd week now avoid mark Simpson if you ever use this lawyer office

Very disappointed in my experience with trying to get Ted (or an associate) as a lawyer, for a motor vehicle accident personal injury lawyer, as I was “fishing” around.
The introduction was poor- I called and a female just answered and said
“Hello this is Ted Greve associates are you a new client ? Have you ever spoken to anyone before ?” ……..and then she just abruptly transferred me and I spoke with Abass (person who takes patient information/ intake ) , which was very disappointing first time impression and interaction - no empathy, no compassion- abrupt, Stern and their accent was difficult for me to understand (which is fine) , it was more disappointing in the customer service as it felt very detached and “just business “ and kept pressing asking for a zip code when I gave a full name and cell phone number , he wanted all demographic information without hearing the case or details or what happened or even a synopsis.
My relative was in a serious motor vehicle accident , involving a motor vehicle injury as a pedestrian - and not one point along the way did they ever say “sorry this happened to you” or show any compassion verbally.
It was very robotic, and like a human form of a robot just following a generic script. And he kept repeating that he had to get the zip code of where my relative lives, even though the accident happened here in Charlotte.
My relative (who also spoke to the intake person Abass) decided not to move forward due to this poor interaction- inhumane honestly. Like we are just another statistic, not a case or person to be cared about.
I’m a medical doctor here in America and my advise would be- compassion and empathy go a long way. I would never treat a patient like that.
People coming to lawyers or doctors are in a state of vulnerability . No one likes to be treated like a statistic.
So thanks but no thanks. And hopefully moving forward they can have a more improved first impression customer service interaction from the first person who answer the phone to the intake personnel.
I have no other opinion to give as I had no further experience with this law company but this.
First impressions matter.

I have unfortunately found myself having to use Ted Greve and associate: fortunately they are here for me! I have used this law firm one other time with friendly caring people.
Emily Dixon is my case manager: she has been a wonderful person to work with: answering the phone almost every time and responding to every message I have had to leave in a timely manner. She has been able to answer questions that most would just say I will have to get back to you on that.
This law firm has caring people who make you feel like family: not just a case!
So; yes I would definitely recommend you to hire Ted Greve & associates for your needs!

Had a call back about reaching out for assistance. A lawyer I didn’t get to catch his name. My tone of voice is low due to current disability. When asking questions the lawyer over talked me and kept repeating the questions louder and louder. All I needed was time to finish my sentence. This was explained to the lawyer at beginning of the call. It was a terrible experience. The lawyer was very rude, all of the heavy breathing was extremely rude and unnecessary. Call last roughly 3 minutes. Please someone listen over the call.
