They are Amazing here! Never disappointed with the services they’ve provided for our family for traffic violations and small issues.

Honestly would give no stars if I could. Since Adam took our case the language he uses with his clients is unprofessional and inappropriate. Anytime I would question my case he would argue with me about it instead of listening to my concerns. I was involved in a rear end accident with no witnesses and all I heard from him was what he couldn’t do and how it would be difficult to fight instead of doing what a lawyer does and just handle the case. If I’m paying for a service I at least expect good communication. I have never received a call from him. I always had to check on the status myself and still had to be in contact with the at fault party’s insurance company when that’s his job. Telling clients they’re lucky to get anything at all and arguing with them on the phone is so unprofessional. I even called to speak to him and they said he wasn’t there so they transferred me to Kristen, and then in the next second she says he’s available? I don’t get how you can avoid your clients who pay you because you don’t feel like dealing with it. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone under the age of 30 or else he won’t take your case seriously. Also losing your cool on the phone with a client when your job is to be able to communicate through your feelings is just unacceptable.

OK so you have to check out my last review, I am very impressed with this law firm! They got all moving violations dropped to a non moving violation. They did what I paid them to do and I couldn't be more pleased. I didn't expect to beat all my tickets, however I am very pleased they did. Thanks again for great service if I ever need an attorney in NC I'm definitely using you guys again!
