Best possible outcome for a speeding citation that I could have asked for. Adam negotiated it down to an equipment violation and no points on my driving record. Outstanding.

While traveling on Gilead Road in Huntersville, in bumper to bumper traffic, I received a ticket for "Following Too Closely". I didn't even know you could get a ticket for that! What's worse, I found out it was a 4 point moving violation. Thank goodness Adam Seifer was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation, so I did not receive any DMV or Insurance Points. Also, the turn around time was incredibly quick. I contacted SeiferFlatow on April 15th and received my verdict on April 19th. Thank you, Adam!

This firm and Adam Seifer are outstanding. I live outside of the area and received a traffic ticket while traveling through Gaston County. I went online and found them, called and they assured me they would represent me and I would not have to travel back to court. Wow. This firm was very interesting to deal with. I never actually talked to the lawyer representing me but all information and questions were handled by the same persona, Jessica, who is so very professional and courteous and answered all my questions putting my mind at ease. I had a speeding ticket, 82 in a 60, that I was for sure going to impact my license in some way and defiantly my insurance. The SeiferFlatow law office got the ticket reduced with no points and no impact to my insurance and at a price that was affordable. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I am thankful that Mr. Seifer was on top of my case from the very beginning to the end. He let me know right away everything that was needed on my behalf in order to have my charges dropped, and in combination with my adherence to the terms of the deal made, and his handling the court dates on my behalf, my case was dismissed last week. After hearing from my prior "specialized" legal council that my unusual case wasn't hopeful, and to expect to be found guilty of all, seemingly unjust, charges, I decided to hire Adam to represent me; with a minimal time-frame until my trial date. Although Adam was a bit apprehensive about winning my trial-by-judge case (stating he believed our chances were 50/50), he was extremely confident in winning my case with a trial-by-jury (if it came down to it).
