I can’t say enough about Joe Pellington and his team—a referral from a trusted friend in Charlotte, NC. If you can imagine the difficulty of calling off a wedding, compounded by a wedding venue invoice for 85% of the “anticipated revenue” - an immensely stressful situation would be an understatement. From the first conversation, I knew I was in capable hands. This team is knowledgeable and efficient. Yielding a settlement agreement (forfeited deposit) and release (“amount owed”), I am beyond grateful for Joe’s guidance, leadership, and results.

Joe Pellington did a great job fighting an absolutely unhinged HOA Board! He negotiated and finalized a settlement that enabled me to sell my place and get out from under their thumb. Would recommend him and this firm!!

Horrible experience. Said he would take my case. Phone calls and emails were not returned. When I would call I was made to feel like I was bothering them. Rhonda was the contact for me. It was a whole year when I was told by email that my case was not going to be handled. No explanation whatsoever. I wasted a whole year. I would not recommend.

Mr. Adler recently assisted me with an overdue maintenance request to my landlord/property management company for which he exceeded all expectations. He was able to resolve the maintenance issue immediately and successfully negotiate a rent abatement. Mr. Adler and his entire staff were courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I was promptly informed about any updates and presented with all available options and possible outcomes when making decisions. I've never had the need for an attorney but have no doubt that in the future...this is my man!
