I worked with a very professional firm SeiferFlatow and a knowledgeable attorney Ryan Ames who did such a great job on my speeding reckless driving ticket. An awesome attorney who has a huge heart and took my concerns and worries away. Got my case dismissed, was very personable and professional. I liked it very much. We hired this law firm for our driver's case,
The attorney simple failed to appear in the court which lead to the license suspension
The law firm does not respond to the calls and messages
100% ignoring all requests for explanation
Now we are filing grievance dispute with NC Bar o they will not do it to others

Jennifer Williams and Ed Martin were extremely helpful with my traffic citation. They were patient in explaining the process to me, and then followed through with the best outcome possible. The response times were as close to perfect as possible, and that kind of customer service means a lot in a stressful situation. Really appreciate everything Jennifer and Ed did for me, I highly recommend them (but hopefully will not have to use them again). Thanks again Jennifer and Ed!

Love this firm! Had them assist me with a speeding ticket last year. This year they assisted when my NEWLY licensed teenage daughter backed into another car in a parking lot. - The results were great! They went to bat for us and won. But the other really important thing - they genuinely listen. Literally everyone I interacted with at this office was personable, helpful, compassionate... They helped put me at ease, when I was visualizing every worst possible scenario. It's like having a friend who has your back. VERY reassuring.

There are better less expensive lawyers around.... they took care of a case of mine and Had I done more research I could have found a better company… And on the phone one of The lawyers spoke to me in a manner that I absolutely do not agree with. Use your own discretion.

This firm had made handling a speeding ticket seemless. They were able to handle everything I asked for without any problems.
