He's smart and talented, and simply does an amazing job. I routinely refer friends and family members to him since I know he's the best of the best. He's been recognized by his peers for his legal skills. He's a past President of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and he's received many awards for his abilities. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a criminal attorney.

Great Firm!! I have known Bill Powers for many years and for as long as i have known him he has been the go to guy for DWI defense. I think Bill is known in every courthouse in the state. Mr. Bill Powers helped me out of a tough spot and I can't thank him enough. When I was given a speeding ticket last month, he got the charges reduced from driving 55 in a 35 mph zone, to a mere 38 instead. I would hire him anytime!

Great guidance from Powers McCartan. I talked with John Landreth and after hearing details of my traffic violation, quickly guided me through what needs to take place and ultimately got my ticket dismissed. Great team, I would highly recommend and will use again (hopefully not to soon!)
