This review is based solely on my initial experience with this firm and does not reflect their services. I called this firm because I came across their great reviews, and their practice areas appeared to align with the services I needed. When the gentleman picked up the phone, who I am assuming was the receptionist since he said no one was available, I stated the situation and asked if this was something they could help with. Completely disregarding what I said, he asked me if I was a vendor and then told to tell me not to call back. Since this response threw me off because I clearly stated that I needed help with a business lease, I asked, "What?". Without any clarification or anything, he hung up on me. This interaction was extremely unprofessional. I hope this person's level of professionalism does not reflect the firm's professionalism.

Kelly Jesson assisted me with setting up my LLC 2 years ago. More recently she assisted my family with estate planning. Kelly is extremally knowledgeable and professional. Both times the process was wonderful. They made the process so easy and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jesson and Rains. Kelly is one of the best estate attorneys in Charlotte.

Site says free consultation but is only a brief meeting which is fine but I had to pry that information out of the receptionist. She was very rude and kept asking if the information I provided was actually mine.
