Unresponsive and unprofessional initial contact
“Completely disregarding what I said, he asked me if I was a vendor and then told to tell me not to call back. Since this response threw me off because I clearly stated that I needed help with a business lease, I asked, 'What?'. Without any clarification or anything, he hung up on me. This interaction was extremely unprofessional.”
