Outstanding service, very professional and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile and more. 2-1/2 years after closing on an industrial land purchase that I made, Hal Berger called me and asked if I had listed the land for sale. I had not. He got wind of someone fraudulently listing my land for sale. He had picked up on that, and confirmed it with me. He then took steps to prevent a scam sale, working with the County Register of Deeds. Thank You Hal, big time!

Engaging in negotiation and contract review services with Berger & Kindberg Law for the commercial lease of my business proved to be a wise decision. Working with them could be described as no less than a concierge experience. Hal Berger made himself available to create strategy and address all of my concerns and ultimately landed us with favorable terms in the contract. His diligent review highlighted weak areas which he reinforced with critical language. Moreover, he is a genuine person whose goal clearly is to serve with integrity. I hope to work together again!

Hal helped us settle a family estate matter. He was very professional and always quick to respond. We especially appreciate his advocacy for a disabled party. He remained calm and caring, taking his time to explain things. In the end, it took way more time than expected, but our original contract was honored. I would highly recommend working with Hal.
