I have had Ms. Shankle for over 5 yrs. now and she is the best lawyer I know. I was injured at work and when I explained to her what the first lawyer had told me she said that was not true. I fired that person and she had fought for me sence and now we have settled my case. Now I tell everyone that asks who I have they all want her number. The fact that they put up with all the phone calls, emails and times ive bugged them through the whole experience, I couldn't have asked for a better team. I would recommend them to ne one that has gone through a personal or work injury. I hope to never have the need to use them again but if I do they will be first number I call!

Ms. Shankle is an excellent worker's compensation attorney. She was able to obtain doctors appointments for needed care, a second opinion, and diagnostic testing to determine the exact nature of my injury. Ms. Shankle was honest, timely and answered all of my questions and sometimes responding to me after office hours. Most importantly, she has a dedicated, hard-working firm and team, the ladies and gentleman there really fight for your case! This firm is not those attorneys who claim they will work hard. They do work hard. The really care for you and have great communication. I would refer them to anyone in need of legal help!

This by far is the best experience I've had with representation of an Attorney. Maggie Shankle and her staff are proven to be knowledgeable of the law in regards to my Personal Injury and workers Comp case. Attorney Shankle laid it on the line and refuse to settle for anything less then what she felt and what the Law required me to have. Whenever I needed answers and called the office, her staff was always courteous and professional in responding to any questions I had. On the other hand, there were some answers that needed Attorney Shankle's voice and she would always call before the day was over to answer any other questions I may have had.
