I needed Jasons Help with a business licensing agreement and a merchandising agreement I was asked to sign. I am so glad I asked him to look at them because he found several things that needed to be changed in my favor and the best interest of both parties. If I didn't have Jasons help, I could have signed these agreements that would have been a big problem if I ever needed to dispute something court with the agreements. Jason was great at explaining to me, and the other parties involved what and why the changes are necessary.

Struggling in the Construction business I found myself behind on my Mortgage payment. Had I listened to Bank Of America and followed their instructions I would not have my home today. We were an out of state client for Mr. McGrath, and were recommended to him by another attorney in Asheville. To this day, after successful resolution of our matter involving debt settlement with a bank out of Asheville, we have not met Jason in person. Jason McGrath and his staff, Micah E. DeCamp and Amy L Snyder, did an outstanding job in negotiating an extremely favorable settlement for us with BB&T bank, for mortgages that were held on two lots that were purchased in North Carolina. The lots were fraudulently sold to perspective home owners by the developer. Without Jason's expertise and diligence, I know we would not have been able get out of the nightmare. I would highly recommend Jason and his staff for your legal issues, and I will definitely call McGrathSpielberger again, in the future in the need arises.
