I would definitley recommend Jason and his team if you need help with a loan modification and avoiding foreclosure on real estate. I had purchased some land in the height of the market in 2007 but unfortunately the developer went bankrupt. We had been throwing money in a black hole for seven years now, so we reached out to Jason to help us figure out the best way to minimize our losses. Jason was very helpful and very knowledgeable about these cases. Jason and his team are the best. Our home was in foreclosure and the bank would not work with us at all, would not even talk to us.
