Terrible I call them back they pick up and put me on hold for 15+ minutes just so they can pick up my line and hang up on me like then what was the point of calling me in the first place. I thought it was gonna be about something serious but thank you 🙂🙄🙄

Kelly Frecker, specifically, and McGrath & Spielberger in general, were impressive to work with. Kelly was a great listener and suggested a sensible approach to resolve our issue.
