When I moved to Charleston several years ago, I got my apartment sight unseen, and it was not what I expected. It was also infected with black mold, and bugs. I clearly did not want to live in these conditions. I went to the leasing office and they would not let me out of my lease even though I hadn't even moved in yet. Jim Spielberger was able to save the day, getting me out of that lease without penalty from the complex. I highly recommend McGrath & Spielberger!!

I've been working with Jim Spielberger for years not only having him as my attorney but as a trusted advisor on many occasions. When it comes to housekeeping items, his team is fast and friendly to get me what I need. When it come to those unique situations I find myself in, he gives it to me straight and finds that right solution for what I need.
