Carolina Giorffino is in charge of my mother's case. Caroline is very unresponsive, she's never available over the phone but it seems like she doesn't check her emails either. I undertand they're busy and the fact that they have many other clients. But you're still getting payed to do your job. He's been the family lawyer for a few years now. But ever since the admin changes were made, now it just seems very unprofessional. They're no longer there to help people now it's only a number.

I used this law firm for my case, My Santos was my Paralegal. She is extremely helpful, very patient with everything I needed to get together to help the case. If I had any questions I would just reach out to her, she would answer my questions in a very professional and timely manner. She explained everything and was there for me from start to finish. In the future I plan on using this same law firm. I highly recommend MY SANTOS!!!

We used this office to help with my husband’s case. Everything was filed quickly and efficiently. Paralegal Cherri kept us informed via email and phone call of the process. She helped so much in gathering all info and letting us know what was needed. Definitely recommended. Will use again once we start naturalization process.
