This man was assigned to me as a lawyer for my children never reached out to me to let me know he was my representation and went to the court date I had no idea about, it was the decided court dates on my children. This was November 16th, 2021. Today is dec 15th I have been calling everyday no response or call back. This is unreal. Call me sir.

My husband went to Butler and Quinn in search of someone who could help him get his immigration papers and this way he would be legal here in the United States with his wife and soon to be five children. When we went to see the lawyer the lawyer told us if he thought we had a case if not he wasn’t going to waste his time or our money and that to me was of good value the fact that he was honest with us, that same very day we also met with his paralegal MySantos and let me just say My is like an angel in disguise every time we needed something or had any questions she was always there and so attentive even when she was slammed busy she also made sure to call or email me back. MySantos prepared me and my family for the scariest thing we were ever going to have to face in life and that was the possibility of our family being split up, she made sure to make us feel safe that the answers to all the immigration officers questions were in the folder that she had put together for us.
