Mr. Duncan is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced bankruptcy attorney in the Charlotte area. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. Even though this was the most difficult time for me they were all very compassionate and reassuring. The hearing went seamlessly, which meant that Mr. Duncan was thorough, accurate and detailed. I know of several other people who hired other attorneys and did not have nearly the flawless experience that I had. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had their help with everything.
